Then, our Purge Party Fabric Consignment Sale is for YOU! The Purge Party is the ultimate blow-out fabric recycle event. We promise an experience like no other with earnings up to 70% of your sales. Events are held in the Spring and Fall at designated locations open to the general public.

Step 1: REGISTER EARLY
Reserve your consignor ID to make sure there is space available for your items; nominal fee of $15.00 to participate (see buy now button after step 4). If you have registered for a previous sale, you may use your existing consignor ID, but be sure to reserve your space.

~ Note: If you refer five or more friends, your registration fee will be waived for the current sale.

STEP 2: IDENTIFY ITEMS YOU ARE READY TO PART WITH
Items can include, but are not limited to: fabric, fabric scraps, fiber, textiles, yarns, thread, notions, sewing machines, beads, scrapbooking and beading supplies, etc.,

~ Note: This is a marketplace for raw materials/tools used to complete your craft; no finished products (i.e., purses, hats, etc.,) are allowed.

STEP 3: ORGANIZE AND PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
Create an inventory list and a tag for each item being submitted for consignment.

The inventory list should include: Inventory List Template
A) your consignor ID
B) contact info (name, address, phone numbers, email address)
C) list of items (include the following for each item)
     ii) your consignor ID
     ii) item number
     iii) description (ex. make, model, color, etc.,)
     iv) price
     v) can this item sell for 50% off?
     vi) can this item be donated?

Each item should contain this information on the tag: Purge Party Tag Template
A) your consignor ID
B) item number
C) yardage total (if applicable)
D) price

STEP 4: DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS -OR- REQUEST A PICKUP
Items can be dropped off on October 21, 2011 from 8am-12pm at the event location 2302 Fawcett Avenue | Tacoma, WA 98402 (corner of 23rd & Fawcett -- event entrance on 23rd)

If you are unable to make the October 21, 2011 designated drop off date, here is an alternative:

Request a pick up, make arrangements with us before October 7, 2011 via phone 206 577-3707 or email for a $40.00 fee per load.

STEP 5: WAIT FOR THE CASH TO ROLL IN 15-30 DAYS LATER
A) Complete steps 1-4 and volunteer 6 hours, earn 70% of your sales
B) Complete steps 1-4, earn 65% of your sales
B) Complete steps 1-2, earn 50% of your sales

Un-sold items can be picked up at the sale location from 4:15pm-5:00pm on October 23, 2011. Items remaining after 5:00pm will become the property of the sale and donated to a local charity.

~ Note: A portion of the sales is used for marketing & operational cost.
All fees are non-refundable.
